Dr Alistair Robson | BSc (Hons) FRCPath DipRCPath
Dr Alistair Robson is a qualified general (FRCPath) and specialist dermatopathologist (DipRCPath), & was Consultant Dermatopathologist at St John’s Institute of Dermatology, St Thomas’ Hospital,London, for 14 years.
The Institute is of International standing and a significant fraction of its workload is difficult tertiary referral material, both in the form of patients and histopathology slides. Alistair was the pathology lead for cutaneous lymphoma and continues to form part of the EORTC cutaneous lymphoma pathology working group. He has published over 100 articles in peer-reviewed journals, reviews dermatopathology papers for numerous journals, including Journal of Cutaneous Pathology, Journal of European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, Scientific Reports, amongst others.
He has 15 years experience of teaching dermatopathology on MSc courses,organises teaching seminars in the UK and abroad, and is Chief Examiner for the dermatopathology section of the Asian Academy of Dermatology. He is a co-founder and organiser of the International London Dermatopathology Symposium and a co-founder and for 5 years co-organiser and teacher on the UK ABC Course in Dermatopathology.
He has been an invited speaker and presented research in the UK, elsewhere in Europe, the Middle East, Egypt, Malaysia, India, United States and Australia. He is currently a Visiting Pathologist at the Lisbon Institute of Oncology and a Consultant Dermatopathologist for the specialist private pathology company LDPath Group.
Dr Florence Deroide | MD
Florence is a Consultant Dermatopathologist and head of the cellular pathology department at the Royal Free Hospital. Trained in France (Paris Ouest, Angers), she has more than 12 years of experience, including 9 in the UK. She coorganises the Anglo-French dermatopathology meeting in London and is a reviewer for Journal of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery.
Antoine Deroide | MBA | Director of Operations
Antoine spent a part of his life abroad (Afghanistan, Burundi and many others) working for a humanitarian organization. He then worked as a banker in London for 8 years for Lehman Brothers and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Antoine holds an MBA from London Business School.
